- 1 / 5By FA MBeautiful place, terrible service, careless waiters. We were party of 9. We were there to celebrate 2 birthdays at the same time. Besides the fact that our waiter didn't seem to care to bring bread to the table and didn't pay any attention to the timing of food, in the end we asked for 2 firework candles for 2 persons on each end of our table, he came back with one and placed it in front of one person. When we asked him to bring another candle for the other person, he just shook his shoulders and walked away!!!! I guess since he knew his 20% gratuity was guaranteed on a $1000 bill, he didn't care to bother to bring another candle. Management should pay attention and take care of these issues.
Not to mention, 2 of our people got food poisoning. A good view does not justify bad food and service.May 08, 2017
